Supported a Whisper AI transcription pipeline in Python and a FastAPI-based data migration service for legal office record import, validation and refinement. Served as DevOps consultant and infrastructure lead over three years. Owned the full AWS stack: EC2, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, Route 53 with public and private hosted zones, ALB, internal ALB, ACM and SES. Led a zero-downtime migration of a 30 GB production MySQL database to AWS RDS via DMS. Embedded in the delivery team through a full-stack rebuild from PHP to Node.js and Angular, owning all AWS deployments end to end alongside a technical lead, two engineers and a tester. The hardest part was bringing clarity into ambiguity and keeping a cross-functional team aligned when the path forward was not obvious.

Led the end-to-end modernisation of CECAM's conference management platform from a legacy codebase to a modular, RESTful application in Laravel and Node.js.
